Several innovations from The Blue Economy® do not require a large investment or extensive research to begin business – they can be broken down into hands-on, get-going processes. The first model we are pioneering under this scheme is the pulp-to-protein innovation: growing mushrooms on coffee waste.
The company “Chido” in Berlin is establishing a mushroom business in Germany while collaborating with partners in several other countries from different continents to use the same umbrella brand.
